On this position, you will:
Manage vital finance processes
Support the team in order to reach financial and operational goals
Prepare reports and presenting them to senior stakeholders
Manage and optimizing a Full Balance Sheet
Ensure the implementation of financial plan
Prepare forecast and analysis to the business
Implement process controls across area of responsibility
Support team members development and ensure smooth communication across the team
Requirements:
3 years of experience in managing controlling and reporting processes
Management or lead experience
Degree in F&A will be an advantage
Fluent English and German
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to motivite and inspire team members
